A New Year

Here's a new window for a new year:



This window went through a lot of stages -- and the final result is nothing like the design I started with.

    Such flames! I am reminded of a 15th century painting I saw recently in a cathedral, I think it was Seville. All these people burning in hell in these glorious flames. And they actually did not look all that unhappy. I think that the purplish blue shapes toward the bottom are happy souls in hell.
